PASCO is a joint venture between Air Bp and local partners based in Saudi Arabia. Company was established on 1st May 1977 to server major airlines with aviation refueling operations at Jeddah, Medina and throughput facilities at other airports in the Kingdom.
The mission of PASCO is to engage efficiently, responsibly and profitably in aircraft refueling service and to participate in the search for and development of aviation industry. PASCO seeks a high standard of performance and aim to maintain long-term position in its respective competitive environment. The role of PASCO is to support, safeguard, and promote its business interests and principles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
To win and maintain customers by developing and providing products and services which offer value in terms of price, quality, safety and environmental impact, which are supported by the requisite technology, environmental and commercial expertise.

PASCO History
In late 1940’s, as part of Consolidated Services, BP and Shell were the first to establish and operate Aviation Aircraft Refueling Services in the KSA through its partner Saudi Arabian Markets Ltd. (SAM). The agency operation was converted into a Joint Venture Company named Peninsular Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (PASCO) on 1st May 1977.
