PASCO is having a throughput agreement with Saudi Aramco, who is managing and operating Dhahran Airbase (DHA). Fuel is supplied to PASCO customers by Saudi Aramco via the virtue of this throughput agreement. Prior information should be given by customers before flying to this location.
